FEDERATION DELIBERATING. Times-Sydney Sun' Special Cable. (Received December 11. 6.50 p.m.) London, December 11. The Miners' Federation is conferring in private respecting the action to be taken to secure a minimum of 5s daily and an immediate advance of 15 per cent, in wages.
