By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright
London, December 9. The case in which Mr. Hugh Formby, a well-known athlete, and formerly a tutor in the service of Mr. Samuel Hill-Wood (Unionist M.P. for the High Peak division of Derbyshire) sued his late employer for £600 per annum, which Mr. Hill-Wood settled on the plaintiff in 1900 to enable him to marry was continued to-day.
The jury found that the plaintiff exercised influence, but not such as to preclude the exorcise of free and deliberate judgment.' ; The effect of the verdict will be argued on Thursday.
