By Telegraph— Association—

(Received September 15, 11.5 p.m.)

Pekin, September 14. China has agreed to the whole of Japan's demands for reparation in connection with the insults placed upon Japanese officers in China and the killing of three soldiers during the looting of Nanking. Though tho Government agrees to Japan's terms, it is doubtful if it will bo able to compel General ChangHsien to march his troops past the Japanese Consulate as a mark of sorrow. Feeling continues to run very high against the Japanese.
