The pictorial pages of the AtjCki,and Weekly News, on sale to-day, comprise a large number of topical and scenic subjects. A full page is taken up by the consecration of the Very Rev. Dean O'Shea, of Wellington, as, Coadjutor-Archbishop of New Zealand. This series includes views of the ceremony in progress in the Basilica and the public meeting in the Town Hall on the following night, ■ when the new archbishop was presented with congratulatory gifts from the people of the Roman Catholic Church. Inset in the letterpress is a reproduction of a sister ship of the Devon, which struck tho rocks off Pencarrow Head, Wellington, on Monday night. There are several excellent views of tho workings on the Panama Canal. A perspective of the giant international exhibition to be held in San Francisco in 1915 is shown on the frontispiece.
