RUSSIAN HARDIHOOD. SAILORS COURT-MARTIALLED. By Telegraph—Press Association— St. Petersburg, August 6. A court-martial was held to-day at Cronstadt on two Russian sailors, one of whom had dropped vitriol into his own ears, while the other had injured his eyes with corrosive acid. ■: ' "m - There have been several cases in St. Petersburg recently of workmen burning their eyes with lighted cigarettes in an endeavour to obtain insurance money on the pretext that sparks had caused the injuries.
