PENSIONS FOR INVALIDS.
NO BILL THIS SESSION.
[BY TELEGRAPH.SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT/! Wellington, Thursday. The Hon. F. M. B. Fisher, Minister in charge of the Pensions Department, stated to-day that he did not propose to introduce this session any legislation to provide for the payment of pensions to invalids and persons otherwise incapacitated for work. Mention has been made of a Bill to this effect as part of the Government programme.
