William Morrow Saunders, William Caldow, Richard Tyrrell, Henry Lloyd Davies, and William Henry Owens, conspiring to defraud (four charges), Auckland. Laurie Bates, perjury, Thames. ' Harry Smith, cattle stealing, Auckland. Charles Hall, alias Green, alias Dawson, and William Dugley, alias Grainger, assault and robbery, Auckland. William Willis, alias Williams, robbery, Auckland. John Rinskie alias Lonbersgi, alias Landsberg alias Ryan, false pretences and forgery and uttering, Auckland. John Henry Heath, false pretences, Waihi. Patrick Campbell, theft and escaping from custody, Auckland. Harold Arthur Gniszning, theft from the person, false pretences, and forgery, Auckland. John Hayes and George Cowen, attempted theft from the person, Auckland. i SEEKING DIVORCE. LENGTHY LIST OF CASES. A lengthy list of divorce cases has been set down for hearing at the Supreme Court next week. The following cases will bo heard before the Judge and a common jury of 12:Hugh Fraser Far-rer (Mr. Pilkington) v. Winifred Farrcr (Mr. Lundon) and William Minett (Mr. Lundon).
