KILLED BY POLITENESS.
GAVE SEAT TO A LADY.
London, July 31. A city clerk was decapitated to-day by falling from one of the trains on a North London line. Evidence was given at the inquest that the unfortunate man gave up his scat to a lady and fell out of the doorway on to the line. A railway inspector stated that it was impossible to prevent overcrowding during the busy hours of the day.
