[by ; tkxegbath.—own CORRESPONDENT.] ". Oromakdel, Thursday. A sitting of the Coromandel Assessment Court was held to-day before Mr. F. J. I Burgess, S.M. (chairman), and Messrs. J. i Thomas and G. Applegate, assessors. Mr. W. F. Wallis represented the Valuation Department when the following objecI tions were heard: —Reg. Rhodes,. 1000 ' acres, valued £1000, valuation sustained; . T. W. Rhodes, 1000 awes, valued at £1000, ' valuation sustained; H. Brittan, several blocks, valued £1134, value sustained; A. ! G. Hodge, ,250 acres, valued £150, values sustained; Richard Simmonds, 1000
acres, valued £1000, reduced to £750; W. C. Denize, 2684 acres, valued £2013, reduced to £1342; W. G. V. Wilson, 147 acres, valued at £465, value sustained; W. J. Allen, valued at £50, value sustained. ''.•■■■',•'
