Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Epsom Road Board, at a Meeting to be held at the Office of the Board, Epsom, on THURSDAY, the 26th day of June, 1913, under the provisions of Section 108 of " The Road Boards Act, 1908," Sections 48 to 55 of "The Rating Act, 1908," J Section 41 of " Tho Hospital ana Charitable Institutions Act, 1909," and Section 56 of "The Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908," to make and levy the following Rates for a period of one year, commencing Aprif 1, 1913, and ending March 31, 1914, viz.:— 1. A General Rate of Three Farthings (3d) in the £ on the Capital Value of all ratable property in the Epsom Road District. 2.
