REPORT OF COUNCIL OF DOCTORS- : vi| A St. Peteesbotio despatch states that a ■ medical council assembled' at Tsarskoe Selo haa recommended that the Tsar's eon should undergo a cure at Helouan, near : j Cairo. The council is of opinion that a j prolonged sojourn in Egypt would afford the boy considerable relief and perhaps lead to a oomplete cure.
