During, the discussion on the Consolidated EJund- Bill in the House of Commons to-day, Ministerialists feared a snap diyision and kept the debate going. 5 Mr. C. F. G. MasterAian,' UnderSecretary to the Home Office, arousedj an uproar.' by saying that the. action of the Unionist Party was discreditable, even for a discredited Opposition. Unionists refused to allow Mr. Masterman to continue, alleging that he said " disgraceful. Finally Mr. William Moore, K.C., Unionist member for Armagh North, was suspended for refusing to withdraw tfie words "disgraceful trickery." ;, _t ■ Sir A. B. Markham, Liberal mem-! ber for the Mansfield ' division of Nottingham, was also suspended for calling out, " Turn out the pothouse! crowd I" '
