NEARLY £3400 RAISED. The total amount now in hand towards the erection of the new Girls' Friendly Society building is £2392. Gillam, £2 2s; Mr. Hegman, 10s; Mr. Earle, £1; Mr. Woodward, £3 3s; Mr. Pond, £1 • Mr. Eccles, 10s; Messrs. Phijlipps and Impey, £1; A Friend,. 10s; Mr. Holloway, 10s 6d; Mr. Hatcher, 10s; Messrs. Hesthndim2!iae £3 *> air - Haddow, 10s 6d; Mr. J. Potter, £1 Messrs. Stew! art and Johnson, £2 2s; Mr. Littler, 10s; Miss Mary E. Pulling, £2 10s ; small sums' £1 5s 6d ; amounts collected by " Mrs Udy, lis 6d, and Girls' Friendly Society's Trust account refund, with interest to date, £206 8s 4d. This last item was previously included in the total amount collected.
