DANGER OF INVASION. GERMANY'S WAR PLAN., TO BREAK COVERING LINE, By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Paris, February 21. Thb demand of a large section of the press for a return to the v system of three years' military service is growing. It is stated that Germany's plan, in war time would throw , half-a-million upon the French covering line, breaking it at three points. At present France has only 178,000 covering troops. The fifth day of war would find the enemy entering the French concentration, which would scarcely have then begun.
