The United States Government has decided to obtain a decision from the highest court of the country in regard to the cases of ex-President Castro of Venezuela and E, F. Mylius, the man who libelled King George.

Mylius (who has I served a son to nee of imprisonment in Engj land for libelling King George) was also I detained on attempting to land in America, but a cablegram bushed on Friday last I stated thai Judge Noyes had released him j ponding tho appeal.
