By Telegraph.— Association.-—Copyright Calcutta, February 19. Mr. Changing Arnold, editor of the Burmah Critic, has been released from prison.
Mr. Arnold •waa i sentenced in October last to a year's imprisonment on. a charge of defaming the district magistrate at Mqt~ gui,.whom he accused of wrongfully acquitting Captain McCormick. a British officer, who was charged with the abduction of a native girl. Eight mouths of the sentence was recently remitted*
