CRISIS IN SPAIN.

The resignation of Senor Maura and of 92 other members of the Senate has resulted in King Alfonso approving of a Cabinet consisting of Liberals and Republicans, thus breaking the tradition that the two monarchical parties always rule alternately in Spain.
REVOLUTIONARYn PLOT. GENERAL STRIKE PLANNED. London, January 3. The Evening Standard's Madrid correspondent mentions an ominous report to the effect that the Spanish revolutionaries are planning a great coup by means of a general strike. Their emissary has been expelled from France after collecting thousands of francs. He has also been in England.
