TRAIN SMASHES MOTOR CAR
LOAD OF MONEY UPSET,

London, January 4. While conveying a large sum of money in gold to pay wages at Purfleet (on the Thames, 15 miles from London) to-day, a motor car stuck in a railway crossing- A . train smashed the car, but the occupants were uninjured. The money was scattered about, and the sum of £30 is missing.
