The Hon. T. Mackenzie (High Commissioner for New Zealand), in an interview yesterday, said that Mr. Borden's action was a right one. He felt strongly that the time had arrived for the fifteen million British subjects dwelling in the territory outside the United Kingdom to have a voice in the direction of. Imperial affairs. He was confident that British statesmanship would devise a means to this end. j
