MISSIONARY'S TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
An Anglican missionary named Bronghton, who has been carrying the Gospel to tho Eskimos in Baffin's Land, has had a terrible and adventurous experience Ho started .to journey south, and loefc his Way For two days he crossed an icefield barefooted, until his extremities bocame so badly frozen that ho could walk no further. Then ho- crawled in a«ony on his hands and knees until he struck a little village mimed Cook Station There the toes of his right foot were, amputated, and afterwards ho went on to Sydney, Canada.
