FURTHER OFFICIAL CHANGES. [ET TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Thursday. It is understood that Mr. G. C. Campbell succeeds Mr. Poynton as Secretary to the Treasury. Upon Mr. Robertson's promotion to the Public Service Commission Mr. W. R. Morris will assume charge of the Post and Telegraph Department, and Mr. F. V. Waters will l>e promoted to the position of Assistant-Secretary.
