AUSTRIA AND SERVIA.
PRIZREND INCIDENT THE MAIN DANGER. AUSTRIA INSISTING ON SATISFACTION. (Eeceived December 5, 10 pjn.) Berlin, December 5. The Lokal Anzeiger says that the incident arising out of. the alleged ill-treatment by the Servian troops of M. Prochaska (Austrian Consul at Prizrend) is now the main danger between Austria and Servia. The former country, the paper says, insists on immediate satisfaction being given.
