USE OF DUMDUM BULLETS. Sofia, December 4. The Bulgarians, who were wounded at Chataldja, are being transferred to Kirk Kilisse in great numbers. The injuries received by "some of the wounded indicate that dumdum bullets have been used. The British Red Cross ambulances are doing excellent work, though their resources are overtaxed. Miss Alt, the English nurse, who took charge of the cholera camp at San Stefano, is broken down in health as the result of overwork.
