USE OF DUMDUM BULLETS. Sofia, December 4. The Bulgarians, who were wounded at Chataldja, are being transferred to Kirk Kilisse in great numbers. The injuries received by "some of the wounded indicate that dumdum bullets have been used. The British Red Cross ambulances are doing excellent work, though their resources are overtaxed.
