Baron Graves is suing the Earl of Galloway for alleged libel for writing to plaintiff's son Clarence, suggesting that his father had induced Captain Fyers to invest in a Shaky gold mine at Yukon. The evidence of Lord Graves showed that he has invested £50,000 himself in the mine. .
