LABOUR LIBEL CASE.
SYNDICALIST ORDERED TO PAY £200.
By Telegraph.— Association—Copyright. London, November 7 A man named Harvey, a Syndicalist member of the Durham Miners' Association, has been ordered to pay Mr. John Wilson (Liberal M.P. for Mid . Durham) the sum of £200 damages for a libel contained in a pamphlet, in which he suggested that Mr. Wilson was willing to be bribed for serving the capitalists.
