The Federal-Shire steamer Buteshire was t# have left New Vork last Tuesday for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, via Melbourne and Sydney." The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tongariro is to leave Lyttelton to-day for Toko, maru Bay, Cisborne, Napier, and Wellington, to complete her loading for London. She is to leave Wellington finally on tlfe 23rd Inst, for London. The Federal-Shire liner Kent, which left Liverpool on October 19, will visit Hobart en route, and is due at Auckland about December 16.. After discharging at Auckland she proceeds to Wellington. Lyttelton, and Dunedin for final discharge The Federal-Shire steamer Surrey, after putting out the balance of her Liverpool cargo at Dunedin, will load at Port Chalmers, Timaru. Aorangi is scheduled, to leave San Francisco on Wednesday next for Wellington and Sydney, via way port*. She is due at Welling ton on December 5, and at Sydney on Decern ber 10. ' THE VICTORIA. The Iluddart-Parker steamer Victoria, en route from Southern ports, is to leave Gisborne this morning for Auckland, via Tokomaru Bay. The vessel has 650 tons of cargo to land here, and is due to-morrow morning. She is to berth at the Queen-street Wharf on arrival, and is timed to sail at 5.30 p.m. on Monday tor Sydney direct. THE SYDNEY STEAMER. The local office of the Huddart-Parker Company is advised by' cablegram that the steamer Wimmera cleared" Sydney at 4 p.m. on Thursday lor Auckland direct. "As the vessel is running a day behind her usual time, sho- is not expected here until Monday evening. The Wiramera has on board 113 saloon and 100 steerage passengers, and 1000 tons of cargo for this port. She is to berth at the Queen-street Wharf on arrival. MARERE DUE ON MONDAY. Cable advice received by Messrs. Heather. ~KoberTe:i. Limited, local agents for the Tvser Line, states that the steamer Marere left Sydney at 2 p.m. on Thursday for Auckland, in continuation of her voyage from London. The vessel is due here on Monday evening, and is to berth at the Railway Wharf to discharge 2803 urn* of general cargo. The Marere will complete her discharge at Napier and Wellington. GROUNDING OK THE ROSAMOND. As reported in yesterday's issue, the I nion Company's coastal steamer Rosamond grounded on a mud bank near the Graliamtowu Wharf on Thursday morning. The vessel floated off in the afternoon, and left for Auckland, arriving here at 2 p.m. yesterday. It is not yet known whether the steamer has sustained any damage, but she will be surveyed this morning, and, if found necessary, will be docked for repairs. The Rosamond's "departure for Tolago Bay and Gisborne has been postponed until 5 p.m. on Wednesday next. MOAN A AT WELLINGTON. The R.M.S. Moana arrived at Wellington shortly after 2 a.m. vesterdav from San Francisco, via Papeete and ' Rarotonga, bringing passengers, cargo, and European and American mails. She brought the following passengers for Auckland: Mrs. Xerrv de Caro, Dr. and Mrs. Storey, Mr. and Mrs. Wvatt, Mr- and Mrs. Robertson, Messrs. Scales, Traill, and Dr. Sorley. The Moana left. Wellington last night for Sydney, where she is due on Tuesday next. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE.
