At the bottom of a deep canyon near the picturesque Topango trail, not far from Los Angela!. The bodies have been recovered of Mr. Miles C. Folson, a wealthy lawyer, and Miss Thelma' Bartee, an heiress, of San Diego, California. Unable to marry, the couple deliberately sought death by driving a 60-h.p. motor-car at u* over the brink of the canyon which lines the road. As soon as the fatal plunge into the abyss was taken the man apparently released the wheel, for when found the bodies were some distance from the car and the arms of the woman were clasped round the man's neck.
