London, October 21. The British and Foreign Sailors' Society has awarded Victory plaques (made from copper taken from Lord Nelson's flagship Victory) for an essay on Britain's dominions to Chris McLean and Audrey Bethel (Wanganui), Victoria Curtis and Lancelot Bell (Southland), Nessie Nicholls and Richard Vine Ouyen (Victoria).
