LAND TAXATION REFORM
NOT A PARTY MATTER. .
By Telegraph—rress Asiociation.— Copyright London, October 21. In a speech at Breadsall (Derbyshire) to-night, Sir H. H. Raphael, Liberal member for Derbyshire South, said that the reform of land taxation should not be attempted for partv advantage. He advocated a Royal Commission on the subject, and condemned Mr. Lloyd-George s committee, which, he said did not fulfil the requirements of an Imperial investigation.
