"CAMPAIGN FUND" INQUIRY

In giving evidence before the Senate's investigating committee today, Senator Perkins denied the existence of a huge fund to finance Mr. Roosevelt's pro-Convention campaign in 1904. The Harvester Trust and Steel Trust, he said had not contributed a single cent, towards the fund.
