LIQUOR PROSECUTION.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRBSPONDENT.] Waihi, Tuesday. At the Magistrate's Court (Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., presiding) to-day. Harry Brownlce, liotclkeeper, of Thames, was fined 20s, with costs 7s, for sending liquor into the Ohinemuri no-license district, without hiving notified the clerk of tho Court at Waihi in writing of the quantity of the liquor.
