A report from Cettinje states that Chipcenik, one of the Turkish positions, has been practically demolished by; the Montenegrin artillery. General Martinovich reports an engagement below the ChafbotiJ Heights. A fierce struggle took place and the Turks were repulsed, losing 300 killed and wounded. Turks* Own Guns Turned on Them.
