In the. senior Imperial challenge shield competition, the Albany (West Australia) Naval Cadets have secured first place, . with an . average of 90.3; the "A" Company, 51st Battalion (South Melbourne) was fifth, and the "A" Company, Naval Cadets, Largs Bay : (South Australia) was sixth.
In the .junior competition the Cottesmore School, Brighton (England) was .first with an average of 89. The " D" Company Naval Cadets (South Australia) was seventh.
