fBT TELEGRAPH.—FBESS ASSOCIATION.] Invercargill, Wednesday. The young woman Josephine Kennelly, charged with assaulting Jas. Potts with a hatpin, and causing him serious bodily harm, appeared at the Magistrate's Court to-day, and was remanded to enable the evidence- of the police, and the medical attendant to be taken at Tapanui. Inspector Norwood . stated . that Potts was. still in a serious condition;
