A SUDDEN DEATH.
CAUSED- t BY OVER-EXERTION. M- . " [BY TELEGRAPH.—- CORRESPONDENT.] Gisborne. Monday. I The death occurred this morning somewhat suddenly of Mr. G. Worthy, head chainman and assistant in the local Public Works Department. Yesterday afternoon* Mr. Worthy went for a walk on Kaiti Beach with his wife, being in* his usual health. When rain came on they hurried back- to their home, and as soon as they got there, Mr. Worthy turned faint and became unconscious. . ** Medical assistance was obtained, and the sufferer was sent to the hospital. He never regained consciousness, however, and died about nine o'clock this morning. '•<■". — =;=
