ANGLO-GERMAN SCIENTISTS.

(Received July 26, 10.53 p.m.) Berlin*, July 26. The opening of the International Congress of Health was attended yesterday by 350 Anglo-German scientists.
Lord Beauchamp, who presided, expressed Great Britain's desire to maintain friendly relations with Germany. He hoped that the only rivalry between the two nations would be a peaceful one—that of
science.
