TOM MANN'S KNITTING.
Interesting details respecting Tom Mann's life in prison are furnished in a letter which ho has addressed to a friend It appears, the Express says, that the imprisoned syndicalist leader whiles away hie time by knitting, an, art in which he professes to have attained considerable proficiency and some artistic excellence. His general behaviour in prison has been so satisfactory that ho has been awarded a etriae for good conduct. He expects to be released about July, when he will immediately take up his organising work on behalf of the National Transport Workers' Federation. The rest in prison has improved his general health, and he states that he will return to the outer world nhysically fit in all respects.
