RAILWAY APPEAL CASE.
DISSENSION ON THE BOARD.
[«T telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Thursday. The elective members of the South Island Railway Appeal Board have given their decision in favour of Messrs. G. Burnett (Dunedin) and J. Young (Christchurch), who appealed recently against being superseded on tho classification list, but the chairman of the Board (Mr. Haselden) dissents from their finding. This will be forwarded to the Minister in due course.
