Iter departure for Southern ports has been postponed from noon till 4 p.m. to-morrow. DRAYTON ORANGE'S MOVEMENTS. The Federal-Shire steamer Drayton Grange is to sail to-day for Wellington, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool. After landing cargo at Wellington she will go on to Lyttelton ami Dunedin. She will subsequently commence Homeward loading at Dunedin, and will then go on to the Bluff, subsequently returning to Welling ton, arriving there about August 20. Two J ays later she will sail for Timaru and Lyttelton, leaving the latter port finally for Avonmouth, via Las Talmas, on August 30.

STAR OF SCOTLAND FROM LONDON. Shortly before 9 a.m. yesterday the Ty*« steamer' Star of Scotland arrived from Loudon, via Australian ports, and berthed at the Railway Wharf, wlwre she discharges 2860 tons of general merchandise. The second officer reports that the Star of Scotland left London on May £), and called at Las Palmos seven days later lor hunker coal. After passing the Cape of Hood Hope a series of heavy gates were encountered, which delayed the vc?cl considerably, and it was found necessary to c.».l in at Albany for coal. Sho arrived at Melbourne on July 8. anil then proceeded to Sydney, taking her departure from the latter port on Saturday last. After, discharge I ere the Star of Scotland goes to J-apier and Wellington to complete.

VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE. Advice received by the Union Company intimates that the H.M.S. Marama arrived at Vancouver at 7 a.m. on Wednesday from Auckland, via Suva and Honolulu. She is scheduled to leave the Canadian port on the return voyage on August 7, and is due back here on August 27. The R-M.S. Zealandia is due at Suva to-day from Vancouver and Honolulu. She is to leave the island port this afternoon for Auckland, and is expected here on Tuesday next. The Zeaianditi sails for Sydney direct the same evening. The R.M.S. Makura is scheduled to leave Sydney on Monday afternoon nest, for Auckland. She arrives here on Friday, August 2, and is timed to sail at 3 p.m. the sams day for Suva, Honolulu, and Vancouver.

TALUKS ARRIVES AT NOON TO-DAY. Wireless advice received by the Wellington radio station last night from the steamer Talune states that the vessel will arrive at Auckland at noon to-dav from the Cook and Society Islands. She is to berth at the Hobson-street Wharf on arrival.
