THE SIBERIAN OUTRAGE. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. St. Petersburg, May 2. The Minister for Commerce (M. Timasheff), in speaking in the Duma, said that the Government would make the fullest inquiry into the circumstances of the recent shooting of strikers employed by the Lena Company in Siberia. The Government, he added, would also introduce a Bill regarding the conditions of labour.
