FOR LOSS OF OCCUPATION.
£75 DAMAGES AWARDED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Greymottth, Friday. The registrar of the Supreme Court this morning read Judge Denniston's judgment in the oase of Blanche v. the Greymouth Wharf Labourers' Union, claiming £300 damages for loss of occupation as foreman of the Union Company at Greymouth Wharf. Judgment was given for £75, and costs on the lowest scale.
