The Ministers' Association is also* sending a deputation, for the same j urpose, and the churches of Onehungaare sending iv- strong force to combine with . the association. 1 ~ The • manager# of Knox Church, • Par-riell,-considered the matter last night, and adopted , a. resolution declaring ' that" the church-going portion'of the community have 1 just claims for consideration,' ana should be allowed to retain the hours set aside- fair. Divide .worship free from the interruptions and annoyance. that must inevitably result if the request of the Tramways Cmpany is complied with; also requesting • the Parnell' Borough Council and" the Auckland City Council to decline to. accede to the request now being made.
