MAN WHO ROBBED ROBBERS
AND WOMEN WHO ROBBED HIM. ; By Telegraph —Press Association.— ',';•' ~": " New York, March 3. A max named Arbano has confessed to being implicated in the. recent taxi-cab robbery. Arbano declares' that he robbed the original robbers, who had stolen 5000 dollars from bank messengers. Arbano, entering a saloon where the loot was being divided, bluffed the men into giving him 2000 dollars. As he was departing two other men held him up, and obliged him to part with some of the booty. He then fled to Havana, where women relieved him of the balance.
