IMPERIAL DEFENCE.
By Telegraph.— Press Association.— London, March 2. Captain M. P. Hankey has been appointed secretary of the committee of Imperial Defence in succession to Rear-Admiral Sir Charles Ottley, who becomes managing director of. the Elswick works.
