FARMERS AND POLITICS.
[BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION. CmtiSTcnrjßCH, Wednesday. At a meeting of tho Farmers' Union a report from a meeting of the farmers' Political Protection Federation was approved to the ' effect "That after due consideration of the relations betweeen the Farmers' Union and the federation, and seeing that the combination of the two bodies is causing friction, and may do injury to tho Farmers' Union, it is advisable that the federation be allowed to withdraw from the Fanners' Union, in order to permit of freer action in the future operations of both associations."
