A NEGRO LYNCHED. By Telegraph.—Free# Association —Copyright.. New York, October 23. A mob at Coweta, Oklahoma, lynched a negro who was charged with insulting a white woman. The negro shot the city attorney dead before his capture. A race war is threatened in the district.
