BATCH OF KAIPARA CASES.
[lit TELEGRAPH. CORRESPONDENT.] . Dargavlei.e, Monday. A sitting of the Native Land Court is being held here to deal with 69 Kaipara cases, determining interests in block partitions, survey; fees, adoptions, transfers, trusteeships,- legacies, and succession rights. It is expected that the sitting will bo concluded at the end of this week. At the request of all natives the Court to-day adjourned for some hours owing to the death of a litigant, over whom the customary -tuiuu is being held,. ■
