CHIEF COMMiSSIONERSHIP.
By Telegraph—Press .Association.— London, October 22. It is officially announced that Sir G. R. Ask'with has been appointed Chief Industrial Commissioner. Mr. George S. Barnes succeeds Sir G. R. Askwith as Comptroller of the Labour Statistical Departments of the Board of Trade. Mr. Robert S. Maxwell succeeds Mr.' Barnes as Comptroller of Companies in the Department of the Board of Trade.
