YOUNG MAN KILXED.
[81 TELEGBAPH.-PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TiMARXr, Monday. 'As the Northern train was leaving Winchester at 5.50 o'clock on Saturday a fatal accident occurred. Archibald Carte*, about 24 or 25 years of age, was run over and killed. No one saw how the aociient occurred, and it is not known whether to fell against the side of the platform ind .was drawn under.
