TWELVE DEATHS.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— New York, October 20. At Hibernia, New Jersey, a blast destroyed the partition between two shafts of the iron mines of the Wharton Steel Company. Water flooded the workings and 60 men., were overwhelmed. . "All escaped -save those unable,to make their way out of the flooded gallery. Twelve were drowned. The victims were mostly foreigners.,
